<p>As well as all the benefits of implant treatment there are some potential risks that you need to be aware of. I have outlined these below.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>General risks</u></p> <p>As with any surgical procedure there is a risk of infection and post operative bleeding. This is minimised by the use of antibiotics when indicated as well as detailed post operative care instructions.</p> <p>Occasionally a scar will be palpable or visible in the gums where an incision has been made. This is minimised by careful flap design and suturing.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Recovery period</u></p> <p>You can expect some swelling, tenderness and possible bruising from the surgical site for a few days. Most people find implant placement and the recovery period uneventful. You will be given medication to minimise the discomfort as well as detailed written instructions with my contact number for women dating advice and in case of an emergency.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>smoking alternative</u></p> <p>If you smoke, it is essential to note that research has shown that smoking alternative doubles the rate of implant failure. This is due to a reduced healing capacity of the soft tissues as well as the bone. Therefore, ideally smoking alternative should be stopped altogether. This is a very important issue that you must take into consideration when you decide on the best treatment option for you.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Failure</u></p> <p>Occasionally an implant fails. The failure rate is 1 – 5% depending on specific circumstances and the implant can usually be replaced. Sometimes additional procedures are required for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Implants that have been in function for one year without any problems are very unlikely to fail as long as your health in general and the gums around the implants are maintained and no excessive forces are exerted.</p> <p> </p> <p>With the above in mind if an implant fails within the first two years of function we will replace it free of charge unless you smoke. If the implant cannot be replaced for any reason you will be refunded 50% of the cost.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><u>Nerve damage</u></p> <p> </p> <p>The main risks involved with implant placement (and bone grafting) in the lower jaw include the potential for damage to the inferior dental nerve, which gives sensation to the lip, chin and the lower teeth. This risk is minimal, as every precaution is taken to avoid the nerve. However, in the unlikely event of nerve damage, you might notice an alteration of the sensation from the lip and/or chin area on the affected side, but no physical difference would be noticeable to others.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Recession</u></p> <p>There is a risk of gum recession around implants and although this may not affect their survival it may require treatment for aesthetic reasons. When recession occurs in between an implant and a tooth or, between two implants a gap can become apparent. The significance of this is really in implant cases at the front of the mouth in the upper jaw in someone who has a high smile line.</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Wear & tear</u></p> <p>Natural teeth as well as implants are subject to wear and tear as time goes on and depending on the amount of wear the need to replace the prosthesis on top of the implant may arise.</p> <p> </p>

To Lose Weight In 10 Days

Have you been looking for an effective way to get extremely fast fat loss without the use of diet pills, fad dieting, or crazy exercise regimens? Well, read on to learn about a powerful step I took that I added on to the diet I was using and ended up losing an astonishing 50 lbs. of fat in 8 weeks… and it all stayed off for good!

Alright, now the first thing you should understand is that I would not have received any type of success had I not followed the basic core principles of a healthy lifestyle.

Those principles are:

1. Proper nutrition.

2. Drink plenty of water daily.

3. Get plenty of sleep every night.

4. Exercise (both weight training and cardio).

5. Stay 100% consistent.

What did I do to help get extremely fast fat loss?

Well, what I did was in the beginning of all of my workouts, I would hop on the treadmill and set it to an incline of 10 degrees and would workout for 10 minutes.

The reason why I did this was that it would end up jump starting my metabolism before I begin my usual weight training routine. This allowed me to burn off fat much more faster!

This is how I my workout went:

Step by Step Guide Click here

Step 1: Make sure you have water and a towel available while you workout…

Step 2: Put the speed to 2.5

Step 3: Put the incline to 10 degrees.

Step 4: Set the time to 10 minutes.

That’s it! This is the workout I do in the beginning of all my workouts. It’s not just the fact that you will end up getting your metabolism elevated, you will also be improving your heart and cardiovascular system.

Another thing that you can do to really get the most out of this workout is to do it as a high intensity interval training workout (H.I.I.T).

What I recommend if you were to do it as H.I.I.T would be to start off at 10 degrees and decrease the degrees by 2 every 2 minutes and stay at 8 degrees for 1 minute and then increase it back to 10 degrees for 2 minutes. Doing your workout this way will not only boost your metabolism during the workout, you will also improve your R.M.R (resting metabolic rate). This means that even after your workout is done, your metabolism will still be running strong through out the day. The faster and more consistent your metabolism is, the faster you’ll burn away stubborn fat!

So, if you have been looking for a way to get extremely fast fat loss, then I highly recommend that you include 10 minutes of the incline treadmill before you start your workout!

I hightly recommend you this amazing program

Cosmetic surgery liposuction and medical tourism in India

India as a global medical tourism destination, it could capitalise on the low-cost, high-quality medical care available in the country. India, touted as one of the favorite destinations for information technology majors, is currently emerging as the chosen destination for medical or health tourism.

The Government of India, State tourism boards, travel agents, tour operators, hotel companies and private sector hospitals are exploring the medical tourism industry for tremendous opportunities. They are seeking to capitalise on the opportunities by combining the country’s popular leisure tourism with medical tourism.

Given below are some common cosmetic surgeries performed at some top Hospitals in India and other destinations in Asia.

Breast Surgery:

Various types of breast surgery and reconstruction and liposuction Breast reconstruction is considered if the breast has not developed, there has been extensive trauma, or most commonly, after mastectomy for breast carcinoma. More.. Liposuction Liposuction is a surgical procedure that sculpts your body by removing unwanted fat from specific areas, such as your buttocks, thighs and upper arms. Liposuction (or lipoplasty) is a plastic surgery procedure that uses a combination of a vacuum and suction to remove fat in problem areas More..

Buttock Lift:

Butt Implants. It’s a cultural phenomenon that’s moving northward. “Buttock implants are very popular in South America, where Brazilian women want to have very round, curvaceous buttocks,” Wells tells WebMD. “Breasts are big here, but in Brazil, it’s buttocks.” The implants have a more “solid” covering than breast implants because they must sustain weight, he says. “There’s been an increasing interest from the public, so surgeons want to know more about them.”

Sub-mental lipectomy for double chin:

Ear Surgery (Otoplasty) for protruding ears Cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the external ear is often performed to repair cosmetic or defects resulting from injury. The most common procedure is otoplasty which is done to correct prominent (“dumbo”) ears in children. The goal of this type of surgery is to improve both the functional and cosmetic appearance of the ears. Frequently, psychological trauma is associated with such features.

Eyelids (Blepharoplasty) :

Got tired eyes or bags under the eyes? Then consider eyelid surgery. This procedure, called blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that reduces bagginess from lower eyelids and removes excess skin from the upper eyelids. The procedure involves the removal of excess skin, muscle and underlying fatty tissue. While it is primarily a cosmetic procedure, blepharoplasty is also an effective method for improving sight in older patients whose sagging upper eyelids obstruct their vision.

Face lift :

A facelift is a surgical method that removes excess facial skin to make the face appear younger. However, the aging face not only loses skin elasticity and develops looser droopy skin, but also loses fat and muscle tone. Additional procedures which may be necessary to achieve the best results include: necklift, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), liposuction, autologous fat injection, removal of buccal (cheek) fat pad, forehead lift, browlift, chemical or laser peel, and malar (cheek), submalar or chin implants.

Hair Replacement :

Today’s options for hair growth have gone through a major evolution since 1952 when hair transplantation surgery was first pioneered. Treatments have shifted from unnatural-looking transplants to sophisticated new drugs and improvements in hair transplant surgery, and cloning individual hair cells. David Orentreich, MD, a professor of dermatology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, and others who specialize in the field of hair restoration say that the future looks even brighter than the present. Orentreich’s father Norman first pioneered hair transplantation surgery.

Laser Skin Resurfacing:

Laser resurfacing is a relatively new treatment for reducing facial wrinkles and skin irregularities, such as blemishes or acne scars. The technique directs short, concentrated pulsating beams of light at irregular skin. Laser skin resurfacing removes skin very precisely, layer by layer, resulting in fewer problems with hypopigmentation (lightening of skin). This popular procedure is known by several other names, including lasabrasion, laser peel or laser vaporization. Liposuction (Lipoplasty) : Liposuction is an option to remove small bulges that won’t budge and to improve your
